Colleague/ friend?

Recently there are lots of issues happened in my office. Office politics.

One of my colleague who we used to work together and we are quite close suddenly became someone I don't know. She was such an innocent and kind girl when I first met her. She used to helped me and we will have lunch together almost everyday sometime even dinner.

But suddenly everything had changes after she was being internally transferred to another department. My department always can't get along with that department. After she changed to that department she became the girl I don't know at all. Became a selfish and will back stab people. We are still laughing and had lunch at the beginning but days after days we have stopped having lunch together.

She has my managers as her golden shield. Whatever happened to her, no matter she is wrong or right managers will always help her. Now she is the apple of manager's eyes. I felt that my managers are being bias. What is their conversation I don't understand and sometime I was backstabbing by her but I still don't but I can feel it with their body language. At least I'm not stupid. I still can sense something was wrong and she is saying my bad. I hope my managers will listen to both side story before they judge us.

Why people can changed so easily. Sometime I think that working with foreigner who are not from your own country is hard. Different working style, different culture, different language and most important different personality.

Hmm.. I should secretly go to a language classe to learn their language at least next time I am able to understand what they are talking. I won't be back stabbing by her without any notices.

Human being are ugly and selfish.
